Mobilising new business concepts can be a daunting reality; I can support with full business start-ups, menu development and costings, food safety systems and implementation, restaurant and kitchen design, staffing and financial forecasts. My services extend to full mobilisation and opening on the day, my support can then continue after opening if required giving you that extra bit of professional experience and safe pair of hands as you grow your business.
A fresh set of eyes may be all it takes! You may have a great team in place, but they lack some experience or guidance and you just need a helping hand with someone to assist and mentor them in taking a slightly different approach or direction. This may be in menu concept, stock control, supplier negotiation, imagery for social media, labor management, or dish presentation. You may have a particularly good idea of the area/areas within the business you feel need to be addressed. Alternatively I offer the opportunity for myself to spend some time within your business to get an overview of what areas I feel need to be addressed and will then create a document with both my findings and proposal of how best to progress and a timeline for doing so.
